One of my childhood best friends, Britton was in town last weekend with her two children - one is my godson, Trey and the other is her newest baby girl, Sloane! Trey and Mac are only two months apart and always have fun playing together even though they only see each other a few times a year.
Britton and the kids came to our house as soon as we got home from soccer. The boys played outside and enjoyed lunch at the picnic table. I got to sit and just hold baby Sloane!
Finley and Yaya came to hang out and eventually Britton’s mom, Mimi got to come too so the grandmothers could both show off their girls!
Copeland crashed to sleep in the middle of the visit, so I borrowed Finley for a few family photos!
We ended up going to Britton’s parents house for Sunday night dinner as well. We always have a great time with the Stackhouse family, and I can’t wait to spend a lot more time together over the Christmas holidays. Maybe then we will have time for a night out without the kids!
