After our late night at the parade, everyone slept in the next morning, but once awake the kids were ready to hurry and get back to the Mouse’s House. After a ride on the train we went to meet Mickey and Minnie. They were the first characters Finley really warmed up to. As we walked back outside, we saw Snow White. Finley really wanted to meet her…until it was our turn. Then she wasn’t quite so sure! Coe wanted nothing to do with her.
After meeting the characters we headed for the rides. We all battled it out in Toy Story, spun til we were dizzy on the tea cups, and took a long break eating ice cream and playing with the bubble guns Yaya bought all the kids. We all headed back to the hotel for naps/rest time, but the boys were not going to miss their last {and favorite} fast pass of the day – the new 7 Dwarfs Mine Train. So we broke from the group and our little family of four returned to the park for more roller coaster fun. At the end of the trip both boys ranked the Mine Train as the #1 roller coaster, and their favorite ride of the whole trip.
We left the park and met the rest of the crew at the Contemporary for dinner at Citrico. It was delicious, and I was happy to sit down and have a good glass {or two} of wine! The boys also thoroughly enjoyed making their own ice cream sundaes. Win win!
We all fell in bed exhausted but happy with dreams of seeing the safari animals the next morning.
