Photo Session with Deanie

We had a photo session with the wonderful Deanie Sexton of Deanie Sexton Photography in early October.  We got the pictures back a few weeks later but I wanted to try to pick out my Christmas card photo(s) before posting so I could keep those out of the post.  Well, I still can’t decide exactly what picture(s) I’m going to use for our card and I’m tired of holding this post back, so you may see some of these again when your Christmas card arrives!

I have to give kudos to Deanie who has been shooting pics of my kids since Mac was a year old.  This was by far the most challenging of our photo sessions as Coe did not cooperate at all, Mac is going through a fake smile stage, and Finley was teething and refused to smile 90% of the time.  With all of that going against us, Deanie still managed to get some amazing photos {which I fully admit was shocking to me!}.  Although Mac is being funny in the pic below, he and Coe reflect how I felt for most of the photo shoot.  As always it was all worth it in the end!
