For the second year in a row Aunt Deb has come to Tuscaloosa/Pensacola for a visit in late October. Both years her trip fell during the Alabama/Tennessee game and both years mom had a football party at her house so we could all watch the game together. This year all the brothers and sisters plus Nana and Granddaddy were all together for the weekend. We joined in for a little of the fun as well!
Prior to all the siblings getting in town, I had Nana, Granddaddy, and Aunt Deb over for dinner along with the rest of the normal Pensacola family! The kids put on their Halloween costumes and showed off for anyone who would look at them :)
The next night all the adults went to Grand Marlin for dinner and then Saturday we spent the day cheering on the Tide to another victory! In between practicing their football skills in the yard Mac and Coe loved listening to Uncle Steve and Uncle Scott play the piano and guitar. The boys pulled out their instruments and joined right in. Although it doesn’t sound like they inherited too many musical genes, they definitely got the “know how to have fun” genes. The boys had smiles on their faces all weekend long. And I’m pretty sure the rest of the Brown family did too!
