Day 4 in Park City

Day 4 in PC menat day 3 of ski school.  Although both boys couldn’t wait to get back on the slopes, Coe wasn’t thrilled with the idea of another day at ski school.  We got him there with the promise that, Albi and I would ski with the boys for an hour when we picked them up at 3 and if they were confident on the slopes we would ski with them all day for day 5.  I know Coe worked his butt off at ski school because he was determined to get a full day of skiing with mommy and daddy.

Thankfully when Albi and I picked the boys up, Coe reported a great day and his teacher confirmed he could get on and off the big chair lift and confidently ski down greens on the main mountain.  {The teacher also mentioned that turning was not Coe’s favorite thing and he preferred to go straight and fast!}  I cracked up when I saw Mac coming down the mountain for his last run of the day with ski school.  He had his jacket completely unzipped which reminded me so much of Aunt Forrest!  He was hot and trying to get some cool air in between all his layers.  One problem I have never had while skiing is getting hot.  Mac clearly takes after his Aunt For and Papou.

Albi and I had a great time skiing several runs with the boys late that afternoon.  It was amazing what all they had learned in 3 quick days of ski school.  The snow continued to come down as we skiied, and we eventually called it a day and headed in to change before another night out in the village.
