Last weekend was all about spending time with friends. Friday night I had girls night out with some wonderful girlfriends. It is always nice to catch up over dinner and some wine with no “little” interruptions. Saturday was the first soccer game followed by dinner at some friends house. They had several other families over as well and the kids had a great time all playing together!
On Sunday we went to church and then had an impromptu brunch at PCC with some of the “beach family.” I think the Country Club had a look of shock when we showed up with no reservations and a party of 5 adults and 7 kids! We started out at a large table inside but quickly decided we would be better off outside where the kids could run around and be as loud as they wanted. We tried to take a few pictures but our attempts were short lived. Better to just let everyone run, run, run! I have to say it is nice having the Gill girls around to help with the babies (who aren’t really babies anymore and therefore require even more supervision!).
