Day 2 and 3 the waves were bigger and the kids were braver! My pictures are kind of messed up when it comes to date order so I’m sure I have pictures covering several days here butevery day was pretty much the same – start at the pool while the adults got the beach stuff ready, spend a few hours at the beach, back to the house for a late lunch and another swim in the pool and then back to the beach for late afternoon relaxation. The boys spent a lot of time playing sports on the beach. There was a constant game of baseball, football, or kickball going on. The dad’s even joined in on the fun.
Sunday night we had a babysitter come and the adults headed to dinner at Bistro Bijoux. Despite rough service our meal was great and as usual a few hours of separation from the kids was appreciated by both the parents and the children.
If Coe can keep these two sweet girls as forever friends I will be a very happy mommy! This group of boys is pretty special too. Hence the reason Coe tries to join them whenever they will let him.
Thank goodness for the big girls and Daddy Dax!
