Camping Mommy style

After Christmas we tested the tent out in the backyard.  We roasted smores {in the oven inside}, played games and rested in our sleeping bags before heading inside for a good night’s sleep in our beds!  We debated sleeping in the tent but decided it was best that we not push our first test run.  Good thing since we obviously never checked the weather and there ended up being a horrible thunderstorm that evening.  We have the boy scout campout in April, so we will need a few more practice runs and a lot more supplies before then!
