For the past three years, we have taken a babysitter on the trip with us which allows all the parents to go out one night. We have rotated sitters, so a different family has brought one each year. As much fun as we have on the beach and at the pool with all the kids, we (and by we I mean the adults and the kids!) look forward to the adults only night out. This year was no exception. We walked around Rosemary village, ate dinner at Aqua, and then had dessert at a chocolate bar. It was a wonderful night out and the food was delicious. Thanks to our wonderful babysitter, Mallory, and her two perfect helpers – the Gill girls – we never once worried about the kids. They were all sound asleep when we got home and we all managed to tiptoe to our respective rooms without waking any of them up!

Do we look like we are missing you? Good because we aren’t. And yes Mac has his hat on sideways. He periodically wore it this way throughout the weekend until I would see him and remind him of how “uncool” he looked. Backwards – ok; Sideways – not so much.
